Wow...wait until I post my kid's curriculum for next year....the boys both have Saxon Math in common (although my guy is just in Algebra I) but that is about all that is in common. You just amaze me. I am in awe.
Thanks, Kristy, but you would not say that if you knew how easy I have it with JellyMan. He does math, foreign language and logic without any real involvement from me, other than discussing the interesting bits over lunch. (I work through all of his books ahead of time so that I'll be able to help him if needed, but I hardly ever have to do more than ask him a few pointed questions to get him back on track.) He absolutely loves to read, and he enjoys talking about books - I never have to prompt him with tedious comprehension questions. He comes and chats with me on his own. I don't deserve your amazement - it's all him.
And I am feeling so insecure about science. I don't want to talk about science. I might start crying.
Looks like some serious study for the both of them. I say we talk science. haha Just kidding. You are further along them I am in the planning. I need to get my act together.
Tressa, I knew you'd want to talk science! Leave me alone! LOL
Oh, and don't get me started on history. I planned twenty different courses and then just went with the easiest one. He could do do more, but I'm not sure what benefit would be at this point other than my being able to hold my head up high while standing around the homeschool mom water cooler. ;-P
