Every time I look at it. I see an cartoon alien in the black marking. It's got the tall big head, the big brooding eyes, skinny arms with hands on hips, and that Jetson-esque ring around it's robe.

We usually have several of those around, but I've only seen one small one this year. I admit, I'm not looking too hard.
